Jeffco partner and school volunteers Summer 2020 distributing King Soopers gift cards to families in need at district Grab and Go locations. Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers! ​

Over $300,000 in funds have been raised and distributed to over 12,000 Jeffco students since March of 2020.

Lockheed Martin and Comcast  Support are Partnering to Support Jeffco Low-Income Students to Access Comcast Internet Essentials.

Community First Foundation supports Jeffco students. They have launched a funding portfolio to support local programs and to bring partners together to ensure Jeffco students thrive.

Supported by Community First Foundation,   Jeffco Families Plus   is an online search tool  for student learning and care supports.

TeamUp Jeffco supports 85 Moore Middle School students in the Arvada Area with their learning in the time of Remote Learning and COVID-19.

TeamUp Jeffco is an Arvada area proof of concept model of support for Jeffco students.

Lakewood Connects is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has been working to shape the story of Lakewood since 2016.

Lakewood Connects exists to build partnerships in Lakewood between schools, businesses, churches, and local government.

Jeffco Schools Foundation partners closely with Lakewood connects in many ways. Most recently, the City of Lakewood awarded  Jeffco Schools Foundation a $30,000 grant to support three Lakewood area schools to build food pantries and provide essential resources to students.

Conectando is a Jeffco network of community members focused on elevating the voice of the LatinX community.

The Action Center is a Jeffco focused 501(c)(3) with the mission is to provide an immediate and compassionate response to those in our community experiencing hardship and by offering the resources and services needed to stabilize lives and promote pathways to lasting change.

Serving all of Jefferson County, the Action Center serves over 20,000 people a year and provides  a compassionate response to our neighbors facing hardship.

Jeffco Schools Foundation partners with the Action Center to support food and essential supports to Jeffco families in the time of COVID-19. Over the summer of 2020, this partnership included distributing groceries along side each other at district Grab and Go sites.
