2021 PROGRAM - JUNE 7TH-JULY 16TH, 8AM-12PMJeffco Summer of Early Learning (JSEL) is a 6-week, intensive summer school program that focuses on increasing students’ literacy and math skillsThe 2021 program will be run both in-person & remotely:
Students in pre-k, kindergarten, first, and second grades for the 2020-2021 school year and on a READ plan or at risk of a READ plan (based on the most current data available).

8:00AM - 12:00PM
The program is free to all families eligible according to the criteria above.
- Students will work with licensed teachers in a small group setting with no more than 15 students in each class.
- Each day, students will participate in both independent and guided reading activities.
- Students will deepen their number sense and develop problem solving abilities.
- Class meetings
- Small group instruction in both math and reading
- Personalized lessons for each student
- Story time with Jeffco Public Librarians
- Online field trips, art and enrichment weekly
