Jeffco Summer of Early Literacy results show great promise!
The inability to read proficiently by third grade can set off a domino effect, leading to academic delays, disengagement, and even the decision to drop out, writes Holly Yettick of the Buechner Institute for Governance at the School of Public Affairs at the University of Colorado-Denver.
