​Jeffco Schools Foundation is a proud partner of Jeffco Public Schools, and with generous support of the Gill Foundation, we have invested in STEM Smart Labs from elementary through high school in the Arvada Articulation Area. STEM Smart Labs  provide students in the Arvada articulation area with STEM resources and learning to ensure Jeffco students thrive.

Impact
​Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) in Jeffco means aligning all content and learning to the transferable skills that all students need to develop in order to be successful in a highly technological world. Transferable skills such as defining problems and working collaboratively to find viable solutions are being embedded into learning for students PreK-12 through content and additional learning opportunities such as Problem or Project Based Learning. Since 2019, with generous support from the Gill Foundation, the Arvada Chamber and the Jeffco community, the Jeffco Schools Foundation and its partners have raised over $2 million to promote STEM in Jeffco Public Schools.
