The Jeffco Schools Foundation is excited to share its new strategic plan for 2023/24 to 2025/26. Our mission, as always, is to work in tandem with Jeffco Public Schools, fostering partnerships for equitable, excellent, and engaging educational experiences for Jeffco students.
Our vision remains clear and strong: Every Jeffco student thrives. With values like Equity, Excellence, and Engagement, we're committed to ensuring high-quality programs that meet the community needs, effective fundraising for long-term sustainability, and strategic partnerships that maximize student impact.
Our approach to equity aligns with Jeffco Public Schools. We focus on making impactful investments, particularly to those most in need. We're inspired to excel by focusing on solutions, maximizing our partnerships, and holding ourselves accountable for investing in programs that ensure successful outcomes for all students. Moreover, we believe in engagement, collaborating with the Jeffco community to take action because quality education is a right for every student.
In the future, we're looking to support extraordinary student experiences by funding the Arts, STEM, Jeffco Summer of Early Learning (JSEL), the Serving Kids program, and more! We'll also be focusing on supporting and celebrating our educators and district staff, so that they have the support they deserve to ensure every Jeffco student thrives. Moreover, we are working on strengthening our operations, including our internal systems, practices, and policies to ensure transparency and effectiveness.
And that's not all! We are also working on a project with the Arvada Chamber to install Career Hubs in Jeffco High Schools, which will provide high school students exposure to various career pathways. It's all part of our commitment to our brightest futures, our children.
We can't wait to put this plan into action and see the positive impacts it will have on our Jeffco community. Stay tuned for more updates!
